What Is PGB? Rules, Rates, and Application Process
A Personal Budget (PGB) is an amount of money that a person uses to purchase care or support on their own. The budget holder decides which care providers to hire, where, and when. Conditions and Rates: - A care assessment is required through the Wmo (municipality), Wlz (CIZ), or Zvw (health insurer). - Maximum rates: Formal care approx. €80.81 per hour; informal care approx. €25.65 per hour. - Payment processing via the SVB: The funds are not deposited into your personal bank account; instead, the SVB pays approved invoices directly. Tips: Make sure to provide a detailed overview of care sessions and allow for a processing time of approximately 8 weeks. Social Repair can help you draw up a convincing budget plan.
